Antonio fit?

Recommended Posts

FFS leave Maguire where he is, he's in the best form since he's been here.

Leave Antonio on the bench and use him to replace Maghoma.

He'd still be playing

With him and Antonio in the same team we'd have alot more goals in the side

Why fix what doesn't need fixing?

If he goes straight into the team it will be a shot into the arm for those who've worked hard without him

Antonio should take his place on the bench in place of JJ, get a few minutes under his belt to get his fitness back and start to find a bit of form.

He's extremely valuable in that he'll be able to fill in on either wing or up top and since someone is bound to lose a bit of form eventually he'll then work his way back into the side.

Listening to him last night on football heaven he didn't sound like he was that close to a return. He said "sooner than a few weeks" and didn't want to rush back again and undo the good work. So surely a seat on bench at best. This has got to be a candidate for the game that ends our unbeaten run so why risk him with a start. might be the time to go very defensive. Just to think, against Reading at home we had Wickham, Fryatt and Antonio running riot, but then again they all played next week at Derby.
