Not going to get drawn into the black/ethnic minority/ of African decent debate....it's not what the thread is about. Suffice it to say that as a dyed in the wool trade unionist I have actually been on anti racist marches and as an NHS nurse of twenty years have actually lectured on the subject of diversirty at a couple of trusts I have worked for.
