owler66 Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 Well let's look at Lee Chapman. Not good enough for either Arsenal or Sunderland, but what a job he did for us, Forest & Leeds afterwards. Sometimes the player is just in the wrong team at the wrong time. howard wilkinson was very good at bringing in players who weren't playing in other teams first team and turning their careers round.
