Shez was a god at Chesterfield last may.

He wasn't supported by the board throught the summer was he?

You lose your best player without replacing him, you try to survive with a weaker squad in a division higher.

Now, you want him out.

Something seems very familiar.

Maybe, to save some time and heart ache you should start looking above the manager for the problem
