sheffieldblue
Not heard anything on this story for a bit now, how is he getting on? I went to see Sid yesterday. Dont really want to discuss personal details out of respect to Alison and his family, but there is talk of moving him from Oakwood where he has been for several weeks now, to a specialist brain injury unit in Northampton. The lad is a long way from being the Sid we all know and love, and we are all prepared for a long hard slog to get him back with us

jambler
Few blokes behind me the other night at the Wallsall game( on seeing the banner on the kop) came out with 'who the roger is this Sid, He's been ill for a while'. To which a few people replied and told them what had happened, and how they should show respect. It was about 35 minutes in, and the culprits all funnily enough went off to half time early and didn't return to the seats they were in. Fingers crossed for the chap and everyone who is close to him. We are all behind you Sid. UTO.
