Strange one this. In the form of his life/loved by the fans/star player in a promotion winning team and refuses to play. There are always two sides to every story so Fessi really needs to come out and tell his side. Is this just about a new contract? Then sit down and discuss one. Club Ambition? We're spending money and are one of the best teams in the division. Whatever the reasons a player should always play (even Fessi playing with 'his head not right' is a hell of a player) as there is simply no positive outcome to refusing. Everyone from the media/manager/chairman and especially the fans are going to be disappointed in him. There is no win for anyone - least of all Fessi. This can't be about forcing a move to Derby Bloody County or even Newcastle surely (top ten Prem side I could understand the motivation - but Derby?!).
