I've lost count of the number of games where we've not looked like scoring, or after conceding first know there is no chance of us scoring more than one, so some coaching up front long overdue. 

If I said it once iive probably mentioned it a thousand times. 

For me its pointless paying big money and wages and building a 25+ sized sqaud. 

Then paying peanuts or running a coaching team on a shoestring budget. 

Get a good coaching team in and it can turn average players into good players making them a very well organised  and competitive team. 

Bit like what SG did with us.
