His is fine and says when he can book from but mine says its not recognised naturally I can not get through on the ticket office line at the moment but I am trying!!! If so try your old postcode, also if your ID is classed as a disabled one it won't be recognised, you have to go direct to the ticket office for that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It won't recognise it until you can actually order, otherwise it wouldn't be a test, you'd just be able to go ahead with the order If you're eligible from 2pm today for example, it will recognise the ID at 2pm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They confirmed my postcode so I am ready for the bun fight tomorrow My dad's is showing as he can book today where as mine will only show tomorrow.
