I don't even see it as an issue if we don't get points at reading... I'm confident we'll pick them up in other games and that's something I didn't have before with DJ... back in december I (and others) couldn't even think of when we'd be able to get the next win!

I am so glad that Milan has managed affairs at the club so well over the last 12 months or so, to take us to this exalted position.

And he hasn't fallen on his feet through pure coincidence with Gray at all.

His stubborness in persisting with DJ, for a full 12 months after fans saw the writing on the wall, and started calling for the manager's head, has been genius in retrospect.

It gave Gray the opportunity to learn from DJ's mistakes.
