Guest bartos
If the guy dived as indicated by not awarding a free kick then should as we have seen previously we been awarded a free kick and player booked for simulation? As a result of the dive most players switched off for a split second and Brentford gained an advantage when the ball broke loose Poor refereeing again for me, what did others think? Guest bartos
Players shouldn't switch off. True but it's still a free kick n booking for me
MotherGoose
Play to the whistle. How often are players booked for diving? Not often. Play to the whistle and if you get lucky the ref might call it for you.

It's the first thing any lad is taught at school. Besides, don't forget that the ref can ignore the foul for a moment or two and play an advantage. I often get the impression that a lot of our players are completely out of touch with the rules and regulations of the game.
senwar
Also - why does the fact a free kick wasn't awarded suggest it was a dive? Advantage by the ref? To be fair, I can't remember the incident - but as I say, just because a free kick wasn't awarded, doesn't mean it wasn't a foul
Guest bartos
He suggested no foul with his arms so if it's no foul then surely it's a dive Yes I agree we should have been more alert though
mark77
Their 2nd goal was offside, the lad in the middle stood offside blocked off about 3 of our players, clearly interfering with play, however we were still crap....
