Milan, just let him get loan players! It would be nonesense to buy any players because we will never be sure about promotion regardless of who we buy.......good quality loan players until the end of the season is the way forward.....use the money for their wages, let them play for a contract for the Championship if we do go up......if we don't, we can rebuild next season....always good players around that will come to Wednesday who will be League 3 or League 2 quality. A little of each - just that there doesn't seem any reason to labour the point for anything other than the sake of grumbling. If MM is going to let Irvine spend to try and address the 'issues' with the team its going to be a while longer before there's any movement. MM will want to see if any signings have the desired effect. Personally I'd like to see Irvine succeed, but if he doesn't then start the debates that are becoming quite tedious on here at the moment - hence the yawn. since59owe Posted December 23, 2010 Share Posted December 23, 2010 To be honest if the signings he's already made for us are anything to go by then i wouldn't be that concerned about the signing being up to him. It's the getting the best out of them after they're signed thats the problem. Although you could argue that Heffernan is a waste of wages. But Mellor Coke Morrison and Weaver have definatly proved their worth. Not standing up for him like, as i would much rather someone else be at the helm.
