  1. Be nice to go into the Leeds game, level on points with a few - Leeds are good, but the game will be open, which could play into our hands. That and they've played 4 games in 9 days, compared to our 4 in 13. Hopefully, we have the opportunity to rest some legs Tuesday night with a comfortable half-time lead - whilst Leeds have to push themselves to the end against Stoke.
  2. Seen a poster (wednesdayite) on twitter, saying Ugbo was in the top 15 in Championship for XG's and, sure it was top 5 for goals scored in the box, prior to us signing him. Believe most of his goals have been in box, and this was def what we was missing across most games since Röhl came in. We've been in most games but not had that one person to do the business inside the area. Fair play to our recruitment team, because without the addition of Ugbo (and Pavedo), with how the results have gonne recently, we would have been far, far away from safety.
  3. Turns out our January transfer window wasn't that shabby!
  4. Surely somebody’s got the stats since ‘the messiah’ took over. Won, lost, conceeded etc. Sure it makes good viewing.
  5. I think the sending off, is his get out of jail card. No doubt they’d have still got tonked if Holgate had stayed on.
  6. when you say a lot going off in the background @vulva do you mean in Wilders life (as he doesn’t look well), or at the club?
  7. …if they lose tomorrow, we are closer to them than we was Huddersfield, before the latest run of fixtures.
  8. If anyone knows anyone, or has got any themselves please DM me. After 1 adult and 1 child ticket for tomorrow. My 6 year olds desperate to go.
  9. Said previously, blokes gone, written all over his face. He’s not what he was when we played them last time in championship. When they go down, I’d fancy Röhl to get the better of him.
  10. Looks spent Wilder, some of his interviews are desperate - post and pre match - not creating a competitive environment like our manager with the GK's (and other positions), hung Foderingham out to dry today, sounds like there is no room to manoeuvre within Wilders methods. This coupled with the fact that he's not got his cultural architects (like Sharp et al.) doesn't bode well for him and them, moving forward. Going to all blow up in his face!
  11. be surprised if Gregory signs for Wrexham…think it’ll be someone closer to home unless financial package is significant. More likely, Mansfield or Derby.
  12. Not sure we 'rode our luck' - looked like conditions played a part and they were direct, which meant our usual press under Röhl wasn't in force. They got on top a bit second half - BUT, I can't remember Dawson being inundated with shots/pressure other than the penalty save. Moreover, Röhl had the nouse to change things formation wise when they got on top, which reduced the pressure. He then went for it at the end, changing from 2 up top to 3 up top. Impressive game management for me, in what was a below par performance from us.
  13. Don't know... you'd have to ask him - I wasn't referring to Gregory!
