Guest SolihullOwl Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 I think if DC goes down the TD route he should appoint him in a General Manager role and pick players and tactics and instruct Gray as Head Coach as to what areas the players need coaching in. Gray by all accounts IS a great defensive coach and should remain at the club in that role. Glenn Hoddle for me remains as the stand out candidate for the position.
