Seem to be going backwards and I have always said we should take stock after 10 games...

There is a long way to go but we have got into a worrying habit with players again at each others throats today.

Do we stick with Dave Jones and hope he can give up golf, turn this around and hope he can bring in one or two loans?

Do we stick with Dave Jones and bring in new coaching staff and loans if necessary?

Do we get rid and allow someone new to have a fortnight with the players and plenty of time to identify his own players for the January window?

In my opinion Jones was just one of many factors why we went up last year, a significant factor yes but not the only factor.

Off his own back, he hasn't lived up to expectations and the team on and off the pitch appears fractured.

His substitutions have beggared belief, especially today.

But what the flip do I know...
