IMO you cant have too many players like Potter and Coke in the side without a ball winner in there as well. This has been the problem most of the season, we dont help out the defence. While JOC may not be the most attractive player when we are in possession, one thing that he does is get stuck in. You dont see Potter and Coke making many challenges and tracking back.

Do you actually watch Coke play? He's more effective at tackling than Oconnor anyway.

Plus I don't subscribe to the "oh, he's attacking player so he can't tackle" or "he runs around a lot so is good a good tackler". Our best tackling midfielder yesterday was Milker by some distance. Also our best going forward- the two are not, and should not, be mutually exclusive.

Oconnor isn't as good at tackling as everyone makes out- for one he's too slow to actually get to a position where he needs to be to get a tackle in. Yeah he runs around a lot so it makes him look like he's doing a lot, but in reality he's.just chasing shadows.
