Look at Coventry City, when they went down to League 1 and then League two they were in as much turmoil with Sisu, even losing their ground as we know. What they implemented once they were in League 2 was the signing of younger players to develop, help the team out and eventually sign on. They have sold lots of youngsters in the last 5 years for a profit. They now have players like Hamer and O Hare, signed for next to nothing, who they will do the same with.

 

If Coventry City can do it why can't Sheffield Wednesday. At a higher level you have Norwich leading the way with their DOF and set up.

Get rid of your phony advisors who have taken us to League 1 on their incredible advise and do the above.

Basically correct. We need proper structure with full time dedicated teams of employees, not " advisors".
