This multigym will work your entire body, increasing core strength and sex appeal* Here are some before and after shots to show how good this gym is. I went from this to this in no time at all. I know what you are thinking, and yes, I do look good. The gym is dismantled as I have recently moved house but it does resemble the image of the gym above when constructed. The bench can be stored vertically when not in use, so it doesn't take up as much room as you think.
