Comes across very well, lower league dressing rooms are like this every week, I say this through experience, While playing for our beloved OWLS under 21's in 1996 our manager Mick Walker threatened our centre forward with having his contract torn up while having him by the throat against the dressing room wall and it was not a one off.

to be fair dj's half-time team talk worked, we went out got a goal to level it and looked much better. unfortunately a couple of individual mistakes led to middlesberg getting their second and we were never gonna come back from that

It's off the documentary "Orient for a fiver", the guy unfortunatly has no luck wotsoever, results go against him constantly, and Turner as his assistant doesn't help the cause as he's seen on a couple of occasions just sipping bottles of beer and not saying much! In the end Barry Hearn takes over the club and Sitton is given the Rodney Jack, he drives in a black cab now and is about 5 times the size he was in that vid!
