Juror8 Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Genuinely not trying to argue for arguments sake, but I'm genuinely interested as to why Ben Haim is being villified more than the rest? The way I've seen it, and I may have missed something, but basically all the Pompey players only left when they had a featherbed to go to. So how is Ben Haim worse than Lawrence, who only left when he had somewhere to move to. He clung on for as long as BH, and BH has no left without having a guaranteed next club (as far as I know), whereas Lawrence left when he had a guaranteed next pay cheque - same as Norris, same as Halford. Seems like media has made BH the scapegoat due to his wage. But that wasn't really his fault. Other than that, seems to have behaved like rest. Have I missed something? I'm genuinely not sure.
