Teckle is Dundonian slang for "brilliant"/"superb". I study up in Dundee. Haven't seen him in the flesh but I've heard nothing but good things about this lad. A real prospect, it seems. The teckle thing comes from The REAL Leigh Griffiths Blog. It's the work of a Dundee fan in reaction to the rather tame and dull blog LG did for the BBC. The "REAL" version" is a cult hit at Dundee Uni and among the Scottish football community. It has its own Facebook page and tshirts! Some of the Dundonian is tough to get your head around but it's absolutely brilliant - surreal, bizarre and hilarious. All the characters are real players and it follows real life events at Dundee before going off the deep end into lunacy. Recommended reading!! Start from Chapter 1, it's a sequential story.
