Hoping to get more people and if demand suffices we will try and do promotion and relegation. www.xperteleven.com it's like Football manager but online and without real players. League ID:251948 Theres already one going, with 3 divisions in its 3rd possibly 4th season. There are some sacked managers as well so I'm not sure whoever is admin can get you setup with teams.
