Wheel of doom on the ticket website

Anyone else struggling to get their play off ticket into the basket on the website?

 

Getting my dad one and selected his seat and for the past 35 mins the seat has been reserved, but not added to basket - I just keep getting the spinning wheel icon.

Website never worked for me, but emailed the ticket office with the screenshot and they've sorted it. MASSIVE praise for the ticket office staff from me - they are always excellent whenever I've needed their help.

I was trying from 09:00 this morning. At 11:00, I finally was number 4 in the queue and then my work computer refreshed the page and I went back to 2500th place. By 15:20, I finally got my ticket sorted.

I had a similar experience as Chrisf and emailed the ticket office. They phoned me within 30 minutes and sorted my tickets over the phone. Excellent service, especially when you consider the volume of calls and enquiries that had to deal with this morning.
