Unable to add Friend’s ID

A kind owl has allowed me to buy a ticket using one of their family member’s IDs but the website won’t let me add them.

 

When I try, I get one of two different errors:

 

Error - unknown error

Error - person not found

 

The details are definitely correct. I’ve emailed the club but haven’t heard back.

 

has anyone else had this issue and managed to overcome it?

Had this with a mate, he'd entered his Postcode wrong on the system. Try with just ID and Surname

I had the same issue - you don't need to fill in all 3 fields. For example, just surname and ID number should be fine (leaving the Post Code field empty).  Hope that helps.
