Whoever the new guy is it is imperative  that they have full control of recruitment, we simply cannot go back to the system we had previously under Jos / Carlos.

 

Kept my powder dry on SB until now , (never had a problem with players or managers moving up the ladder but the timing and manner of his departure stinks to be honest.) but the one positive to come out of it was the 4 players he brought in.

None of em are world beaters but they seem like good solid championship players at the right age and hardly cost a dime fee wise which is a huge improvement on the big money/big letdown overage has beens that came previously.

Now that this has been confirmed the fact that the new manager needs full control of recruitment needs re-iterating,we must not employ a Jos/Carlos type

 

We all thought it was key Bruce took over , and the same applies now .
