The Truth

All this speculation as to what is the root cause of the monumental problems is just fatal, not only for this year but for potential recruitment this summer.

Folks dispairing at the players, Megson and now Mandaric.

The bizarre twist of what should have been an almighty resurgence of this club when Milan used his hard earned cash by ousting the previous regime and succeeded in pulling this club out of the financial nose dive into oblivion is stranger than fiction.

We have 8 games to prevent this club sliding into the bottom tier for the first time in 150 years without a whimper let alone a tackle that puts someone in the stand in the first minute....

Whatever it is, it's criminal, its negligent, its unprofessional yet its happening infront of the eyes of thousands of people.

Get it out in the open before its too late - then someone may just be able to help.

WTF is going on.

Everyone including the gaffer chucking their toys out of the pram is not the way to face the stark reality and the dangers we face.

What has the gaffer said to prompt this post?

Interview yesterday when GM said he knew what was going on [internally] but wouldn't say anything 'on air'......

The blame game is not doing any good.

Players, tactics, selections, too many new players. Players without character/ pace/ quality. Players played out of position, Unhappy players. Manager a bully. Gypsy curse, Fans booing at home, width of the pitch, losing Purse, losing Tudgay, losing Wood,

The inquest could go on and on but whatever the root cause, identifying it won't make any difference now.

They/ we have to find some spirit from somewhere....and that means stop looking for something to blame.

Too many people associated with this club have made mistakes over the last 15 years...

Some in good faith, some possibly not - its all a matter of degree.

A circular argument over who is responsible for the latest in a long line of huge problems is unhelpful.

We are where we are and time is running out.

What are the issues on the playing side? - set aside who is responsible and the battle of egos for a minute.

We need to know what needs resolving before the maintenance man throws his tools down and fooks off to the Carribean because we can all think of better ways to lose money ....
