Guest owls_mike Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I'm trying to renew my season ticket via the online shop and when I add an under 8 ticket to the order it charges me £40, instead of the ticket being free (as advertised). I have tried a number of different ways to do this via my season ticket and my dad's. Is this an issue with the system or am I doing something wrong? Currently the Free Under-8 Season Tickets are not available online and have to be done in the ticket office. We're working to get renewals to work online soon (although even that is proving problematic at the moment and might not be for a while), but any new free under-8 tickets will still have to be done in the ticket office.
