durhamowl3
I am a community member, however, whenever I attempt to purchase tickets online it doesn't allow me community prices only adult ones. Is there some setting that I need to change to access the lower prices? Thanks
DeeJayOne
From the OS: BUYING CONCESSIONS ONLINEYour membership and eligibility for concession tickets must be verified by the Ticket Office before you can purchase those tickets online. You can do this by visiting the Owls Megastore and providing your proof of eligibility, or you can scan your proof and email it to verification@sheffieldwednesday.com (electronic verification may take up to 72 hours) - once your eligibility has been confirmed then you will be able to access the cheaper prices online. In order to claim the concessionary rates for tickets you will be required to provide proof of eligibility in the form of one piece of photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence card, Bus Pass, NUS card) and confirmation of eligibility such as: ·Age concessions - Birth Certificate ·Forces - Forces card ·Working Tax Credit - Department for Work and Pensions Award Letter ·Government Apprentice Schemes - Letter confirming position on government recognised apprentice scheme ·Existing Students - NUS card. Applying students - Offer letter. SHEFFIELD SHOP

durhamowl3
James, I have emailed in my identification and had a positive response (from Sue G), waited 4 days and I still cannot purchase community tickets online. Is there something else that I am doing wrong or is there a mistake in the system? Thanks in advance.
