I don't disagree - tonight was dire.

But in all of my years as a Wednesday fan, I can't remember it being any different (sorry, maybe under Charlton and Wilkinson we were hard to beat in terms of maulings). Even under BFR, we could be getting hammered by Cambridge one week and turning Chelsea over the next. Manager after manager has had this kind of result. We then change manager and another one suffers the same fate. I don't want to go over the top with Megson just yet because I suspect the next in line will be as bad if not worse.
