the talent in the lower leagues and SPL

at the beginning of the season people were talking about scouting the lower leagues and SPL for talent such as richard brodie, le fondre austin, hately? and leigh griffiths who are young players who could also possibly be gems why not take a gamble and spend a bit of money on these type of players they wont be on high wages and may not be as big a transfer sum as some championship players, last year norwichbuilt a team around players from the lower leagues such as holt yes he may not be that young but he has done very well for them, martin, oli johnson and mcnamee and they have done the same this year they have bought crofts and jackson and where are they in the league, they are sixth and doing quite well they have improved and have scouted the lower league's they have aslo brought in ruddy from everton who was on a years loan in scotland and hes doing quite well for nowrich why not do a norwich and search for gems its proved it can bring you succes and for cheaper money yes i would love to see proven championship players but for scouting the lower leagues and SPL why not?
