Charles Clegg 477 Posted January 3 I think its' a bit of both. The situation is long-standing, over many years and many managers (was Stuart Gray blighted?.... I can't remember) The injuries seem to hit those whose presence is the most important to us too (cos they are more committed?) BUT If DM wasn't plagued by injuries it would give him any number of extra permutations for bizarre team selections/formations and the retention of the undeserving Regretfully I don't think DM is the man for the job (but accept there may not be an alternative) Injuries: There's masses of data over many years which is available for analysis maybe by a small independent team: statistician, musculo-skeletal expert, human motion analysis expert Link to comment
Barnsleyowl1996 1,527 Posted January 3 Whilst I agree injuries have majorly caused issues , DM doesn’t do himself any favour . Playing a back 3 with 1/2 fit cbs for example . Link to comment
