scram
Interesting to read that a few of these young lads affiliated to Wednesday have made the step-up into the Wednesday academy I would personally prefer the net to be spread a bit wider though - but i suppose a lot depends on the youth league structure - be good if there were a sub-elite league across Yorkshire for eg. Also puzzling that the u11's play 11-a-side football but in the academies they don't do that til u12. I think u12 is the right age for 11-a-side football but it MUST be on appropriate sized pitches. Guest bigbo
if certain people at wednesday had their way the Young Owls would no longer exist......... lets hope that with the new leadership at hillsborough they will provide help and support for the Young Owls for the future rather than just the use of the name which is all they get now!!!
