The amount of booking fees for such a ridiculously bad service are putting many people off. It coule be that LS and NP are looking into it, but it needs to be sorted as soon as possible. This really should be one of their main priorities It does. My dad phoned up the ticket office a few weeks back to order fulham tickets, they told him to phone ticketmaster. He asked if they could just hold a couple of tickets and they said they couldn't. Ticketmaster never have a clue what they're doing either.
