......pathetic incompetence.

How on earth can the club;

-run out of various food items prior to kick-off

-find it seemingly impossible to have basic essentials such as condiments readily available("Have you got any vinegar"-"try the next food bar"!)

-have so many unmanned tills during the busy half-time period

-employ staff who don't even recognise the food they're selling("Cheese & Onion pie, please"-"Sorry, we haven't got any"-"What's that then"-"Oh, yeah, sorry").
