DJMortimer
Proper club history DVDs That is something that is badly lacking. I think the BBC turned out most of it's library on us with their 'Match of the Day' video of many years ago, but ITV has not done anything similar. And if my memory serves me correctly, their regional programmes on Sunday afternoons should have quite a lot of Owls matches in the 1970s and 1980s, even if they were only very brief highlights. It would be great if something like that could be properly archived and made commercially available. Whether it's financially or practically viable is another matter. And would it be possible to get together all the home game highlights that the club produced itself for a few years in the 1980s before season reviews became popular? Lastly, I still think it was a dereliction of duty not to produce season reviews for 1999/2000 (even if it was a thoroughly dismal campaign) and more inexplicably 1994/5. How feasible would it be to finally plug those holes in the video record? Some seem to think that the relegation season of 2002/3 was also omitted. But unless my memory is playing major tricks on me, I'm adamant that it wasn't. If I'm right, it's a little surprising that relegation to League One was seen as worthy of producing a video, but our last season in the Premier League wasn't.
