The Bars at SWFC........

Recommended Posts

No question.

In that commercial thread, I mentioned about SWFC buying a pub in hillsborough, or near the ground.

Something like that is so guaranteed to win business it's unreal.

Say for example the commercial areas at hillsborough, I was lucky enough to get an invite last season in the cup against derby, the only time i've been up there and after the games finished, you all go back into the bar / to your table and have a couple of drinks and chill out for half hour or so.

If ALL the fans were able to do that, I'm sure loads of them would.

Is that area left of the main entrance still used as storage? I think it was the press area during Euro 96. That would make an excellent bar.

Yes

Defo.

Can some proper beers be put in as well, carlsberg tastes of pish. especially in the god awful bottles / cans at the ground.

give Kelham Island or the Fat Cat a call.

I'm sure they could help out no end.

Everything is local these days in't it /............

That's now the Foers Lounge, seats 300 for a night function

Well like someone said I'm not fussed about standing underneath the south or north stand etc but somewhere indoors, a proper lounge/bar would be nice.

Oh and can we have hot pork sandwiches too like up in the family stand they is well nice
