MotherGoose Posted September 16, 2008 Share Posted September 16, 2008 We hear a lot of moans about the club, the shop, the ticket office - general stuff like that I just want to break the trend and say well done. I bought some tickets for a friend for the Blades game, the order got fouled up by the call centre (which incidently is not run by SWFC- so if they're crap it's some company we've contracted out t, not us directly). It was in the main South rather than the family stand - and because it's the derby and he'll be taking his young lad along it's really got to be in the family area. Anyway I phoned the ticket office back directly and they sorted it all out, took my work number, refunded the difference and got the tickets out to me the next day.
