The man is utterly predictable. That little snippet about being prepared to invest in a striker was clearly always going to be fan funded.

Without a doubt

Want a decent striker??

BUY SEASON TICKETS THEN

They are putting them on sale on Friday so people think we still have an outside chance of staying up - wait until after Christmas and that ship will have most likely sailed.

I get that, but, a selling point would be price is X, with a refund of Y if we get relegated. Maybe that’s too sensible.

The whole point of early bird is to front load your money as early as possible - with the supporter hoping they will stay up or get promoted.

Do clubs usually, reduce season ticket prices after promotion ?

Do clubs usually put season tickets on sale before the halfway point of the current season and only give 2 weeks to secure the best price? (3 days before Christmas.)

The club is a mess.

This. And there is a January window to pay for. We are like that couple next door trying to keep up with the Jones’ paying everything on the never-never! Foundations built on Skeggy beach, what can possibly go wrong…? Expect to see HMRC knocking on the door again next October 🙄.

If they priced them like that and we were relegated, then you’d have to be refunded the difference. And we all know what happened last time fans demanded a refund after covid?

Absolutely this. People are being asked to commit to paying 3 days before Christmas - for something that won't start for another 8 months - and won't finish until 17 months after they have paid for it.

They do if they’re desperate for money!
