Are people really going to renew their season tickets?

Simple not true.

The administrator would be called in to see if there is a viable option. The season ticket holders have a contract and are not creditors. The contract has to be honoured.

Unless the administrators cannot a) do a deal with the creditors and b) find someone to take it on.

If they dont then there is no SWFC and no club. SWFC 2023 Ltd isnt entitled to a place in the EFL only Sheffield Wednesday Football Club Ltd is, if it is liquidated then it is the end.

Ergo season ticket holders lose their money.

It is never going to happen, someone will always step in and take over the club and therefore the season tickets will be valid.

Your doomsday scenario means no SWFC football ever again.

Nobody outside the club will know- because the club never tell us how many we have sold - but I would expect between 20% and 40% less than this season.

Yes that sounds about right especially if we get relegated.
Instead of an average Saturday getting 25,000 next season will be about 20,000.

I am on Sunderland's mailing list. They just sent me this offer.

An 11 game half season ticket can be just  £21.36 a match for championship football.

If Wednesday did something like this or say any 5 games bundles could this solve the walk up pay on the day problem?

Preston NE advertising half year season tickets ranging from £190 to £255 for adults.

How are they able to offer this price but still be going for promotion (currently 5th) oh yeah they are not ran by the fool we have in charge.

Surely nobody would?

Posting same message day after day is pointless we know your view and suspect others know how rhey stand. In reality, it will depend on price and fortunes of team not on posts on forum.

As someone who has season tickets during the mid to late 70's, watching Wednesday play utterly w@nk is something I'm quite used to.

Now I'm a pensioner on a fixed income, renewing at the cheapest price possible is what I have to do. Sorry if I'm "part of the problem", but it's the only option for people like me.

It is if you want to KEEP watching w**k football....and YES there are only two places to be in this discussion, sorry but there it is

(1) Part of the problem

(2) Part of the solution..

People have to make their OWN choice as you have made yours.

Pretty sure that's what he just said.

The stupidity of people commenting on other people's decisions without even knowing them never mind their circumstances never fails to amaze me

Very few of us 'know' other users...lol we make a comment based on their VIEWS and opinions,as they do ours......on every topic football & SWFC related.....THIS topic is probably the most important...

Isnt that how football forums work?????
