S6owls
Yes, for his work rate alone
@owlstalk
He surely must be busting to start and start smashing goals in this season 2 Owlstalk Shop
prowl
Yes if he is over his back injury. Get him and Smith in the starting line up.

lukeyswfc
No doubt. Unless he isn’t fully fit. Work rate is second to none. The goals will come.
HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
We are a better team when he plays I hope Byers has enough left in the tank, he's another who makes us better 3 Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife. TrickyTrev
Yes, even when he’s not scoring goals his hold up play is excellent and that could be key when trying to bring our midfield into attack.
Hyde2005
More likely to be playing golf today than on the pitch tonight . For me he goes off too easy unlike bannan who would play with 1 leg if allowed . Need a massive upgrade on him now he is 34 hardly fit and can't score . Our front line is pretty shocking in general . Out of our front players this season who gets above a 6 on average? Last season Gregory was decent and 3/4 years ago I'd have had him here in a shot 1

That's how poor our strikers have been this millenium. I've always said you get what you pay for with strikers. Gregory is ok, but he's at the end of his career now.
twolaptops
1% fit Gregory offers more than Windass
onlyonedavidhirst
For me we have probably 5 players that I'd start every match with if fit. McGuiness, Bannan, Byers, Gregory and Smith. I think if we go with them every match we won't go too far wrong. Ihekwe would be a 6th. Palmer, James, Johnson would play most games & either goalie, that's the basis of the side. There would be times when Vaulks, Bakinson, Dele, Windass, Fawemo could start and all of those have the capability of becoming a "must pick" with a good run of form. Players like Wilkes, Mighten, Iorfa, Hunt & Paterson have a lot more to do if they wanted a guaranteed start, assuming everyone was fit.

royalowlisback
If fit he starts, him and Smith in a front 2, with decent supply should bag plenty.
gillyno9
Hold up play alone makes him worth a start. Smith should watch it closely and learn how to do it himself

That is what Hooper also had - you should copyright the name though - I like it.
