No urgency

That is it! Yes, we're not playing well at the moment but we look half-arsed. I lost count of the amount of times the ball ran free in midfield and Oxford picked it up nearly every time. Bakinson was strolling around as if he had all day and made no effort to get to the ball. How many of our players run their b******s off competing for every ball. They don't look bothered half the time.

 

And what about actually shooting at the goal? Radical idea I know but several times the ball was running across the penalty area at both ends and they were all leaving it for each other,  only to end up losing it altogether. Just hit the b*****d. What's the worst that can happen?

 

I want to see my team competing and fighting for every ball. Do they want to get promoted? Doesn't look like it to me.

Under Moore we play every game like it’s a pre season friendly. 
against a lot of the c*** in this league you can get away with it but anyone who comes and has a go we struggle big time and tend to be second best. 
look at the results against teams who have had a proper go at us… off the top of my head

No tempo,no interest,2nd to every ball,we look crap,what do they do in training..? Got to be Moore the problem..ffs..

Set to the lad in the first half that I'm fed up of week in week out the opposition showing more energy both on and off the ball, putting more zip in their passes and giving their players more options when they've got the ball.

 

I could go on but our lack of urgency at times is unbelievable.

Our tempo is garbage and if I never saw bakinson again it would be too soon. We should have scored 3 goals today but we seek hell bent on not shooting or shooting from a position that is nigh on impossible , apart from the last 20 today we made a crap side look like the home team

Not for the first time this season, we looked desperately short in confidence, pace and energy.

 

Didnt deserve anything from the game today - Dawson’s penalty save and the clean sheet were the only positives.
