Oxford H 16th

Fleetwood A 15th

Port Vale H 11th

Cambridge H 20th

Wycombe A 9th

Fleetwood H 15th (doh)

Cheltenham A 17th

After this batch of very winnable games we face Ipswich, Plymouth and Barnsley in quick succession.

Really important period for us.

How are we going to get to Fleetwood on the 15th after Oxford on the 16th, a DeLorean? garymegson

I think we should be looking to pick up 15 points from them minimum.

Interestingly, if you look at the form table a few of them have picked up the past 6 weeks or so.

How we do in these next 7 depends if we set up to win games, the last two games were very winnable and we managed just 6 shots on target and only 1 goal.

We dont have 3 fit centre backs and the 3-5-2 formation needs switching Palmer and Johnson are offering very little at wingback in an attacking sense.

Considering Palmer hasn't really played wingback for a number of games, you can somewhat understand why...

A competent manager would get 39 points from those.

Yes very good spot.

Their current form is far more impressive and more significant than their form over the long season.

Our points return will depend on our approach.

I understand why we went to a back 3 (5) when we lost Ihiekwe to injury after losing Heneghan.

However, for me that's too pragmatic and coincided with not troubling the opposition goal.

I'd like to see us trust the defenders we have available, revert to a back 4 and get an extra attacking player on the pitch.

We can't keep grinding out results, need to go and win games. Play to our strengths, not weaken the team by over compensating in defence, when we have options up front.
