Which ones in particular do you think are ready?

Do you think our fans would have the patience to experiement with youngsters whilst also demanding that Darren Moore is 10 points clear at Christmas?

McGuinness and James have been two of our best players this season. Mighten is more miss than hit but I can't think of any of our youngsters who play in his position who are ready, and you just need to look at the level we loan out them out to see the difference. 

 

It's some of our new permanent players who aren't quite at it this season yet (Wilks, Bakinson, Vaulks, Smith), at least to what the expectation level was when they signed.

Shipston is likely to be in the squad with Byers, Bannan and Adeniran all struggling right now. From what I've seen Agbontahoma, Adetoro and Ashman are no improvement at CB.

the only one he may look at is Fusire but he won't be needed if we go to a back four. The others are talented but not yet ready

Wash your mouth out with soap and water, how dare you suggest DM gives any game time to younger players.

 

Since DM became manager only one young player has been given a chance and that was after he had already played a left winger, right back, left back and a midfielder in central defence.

You can count on one hand the number of players we’ve promoted from our unders that have done well. There’s a reason we take them from other academies.

 

Its quite a sizeable gap from any player that has made the step up and had a career from us.

 

Wood, Beevers, Spurr, Palmer

Shaw might have a decent career, Wildsmith is playing now. O’Donnell had a decent career. I really am struggling to think of any after that.

Its another thing fans shout to sound knowledgable or get a dig at Moore.

 

Despite knowing nothing about the players or how they take that big step up.

 

Jos tried too many youth at once and it failed.

 

We are in too tight and important a position to risk it.

6 from the 21squad have had game time this season  ...he signed 2 under 21s on loan who are regulars in the squad ......so he does play young players .

No he does play our youth player you know the ones in our development squad.

 

he plays other people then they go back to their parent club and we release all ours at the end of the season.
