Join us for an evening with Wednesday legend, Phil King - hosted by Rob Staton. Having played 129 times for the Owls between 1989 & 1994, King was part of the team that beat Manchester United to lift the League Cup in 1991.

 

All proceeds got to the Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme. This is a ticketless event, simply book online and show up on the evening.

Phil is a really good bloke and tells a lot of the old story's well. Been on a few dinner speeches with him in the past and and he's normally the funniest and has makes effort to chat after with fans...He used to like a drink, ended up going out a few times on ******** with him afterwards.

 

Not sure if he's still got a pub? Ask him about when Wednesday played Swindon away and police were contacted as there were about 800 Wednesdayites at his pub!

 

Definitely worth going anyway!
