Think Leicester could be a dark horse for the drop.

Schmeichel just left, Chelsea and Arsenal sniffing around ther better players and they've not made a single new signing yet.

Just feel as well like they're really stale.
The boring, chewy, plain digestives in the Premier League biscuit tin.

Strange they’ve not made any signings, what’s going on with them? Money issues?

I don't think it's money.

Just seems to be a general air of malaise around the club.

Like Rogers has run his course there but are also scared to change him as so far they have been pretty well established as Premier League residents.

Interesting that everyone so far fancies Forest to beat the drop

Oddly, it's not unusual for the club coming up through the play-offs to outperform the promoted clubs. Maybe it's because they had that extra bit of ability to perform under pressure on the big occasion. But yes, I fancy Forest to stay up. Bournemouth made hard work of getting promoted, and I think Fulham have that weird thing of being too good for the Championship and not quite good enough for the Prem.

Can't make my mind up who will join those two in going down. Southampton often look like they're about to implode, but I think they'll somehow just about survive. Brentford I think will have second season syndrome, and have lost their talismanic midfielder, but might just get over the line. I'm not convinced that Frank Lampard is a PM quality manager and Everton have lost their best player, but if they're struggling after a few months he'll be gone. And Leeds will be somewhere in the relegation scrap as well.

Think it's money. He's said publicly he has to sell to buy, and that selling Kasper was to help balance the books

Didn't know that.

Sounds ominous for them.

Where's all their money gone? They were Prem Champions and in the euro games for a fair few seasons.

Congrats for arguably the best prediction in this thread!

And now for arguably the worst…

Seems Fulham were the standout overachievers amongst our predictions while Chelsea, Spurs, and to a lesser extent Liverpool underachieved (stating the obvious I know)

Roll on 23/24… I think we’re all going to be in agreement on one relegation candidate already though
