They just choose 11 players in those positions. i looked through nearly every Rotherham line up when we signed him and he nearly always played in a back 3. Sky sports app you can go back week by week just pick random Saturdays through last year and look for yourself … Just wanted to add to this mate, that Ihiekwe has now played on the right of the 3 since Palmer has filled in on the left. Which seems odd with Palmer being right footed, you'd think he'd just drop to the right of the 3. Also, Ihiekwe looks far more composed there, than he did against Pompey.
