Stockdale Terms Agreed

Why is he getting a free transfer?

Somethings just come to a natural end!!

Maybe Wycombe want to reduce their own squad age or maybe have a long term plan.

Not every player who is available on a free is a bad player.

Stockdale is a solid signing either as a short term nr 1 or a very capable backup if called upon.

This is one of those solid reassuring signings that makes me think next season is going to be a good one.

Is it exciting to sign a 36 year old keeper? No. Is he what  we need right now as we look to build a solid and steady defensive unit? Yes.

My favourite thing about him though is his unbelievably conceited website. 😂

It's a work of comedy genius, that website!

‘Business David’ is the best one.
Sharp suit, leather wingback chair and cigars…all the things the modern business man needs!

Imagine if the creative genius behind that could rebrand our club! Premier League here we come!!

Being a massive club, we need a massive brand as well. Bring them on!

TBH, the official site is bland and just the same format they all are. I'd love it if we had something cheeky and outrageous there at times. And no, Chansiri's midnight rants are not that :Chansiri:

When seeing stuff like this, I really feel that times is passing me by and I’m only 50.

Not a clue.

I feel your pain bro

Trying to be down with the kids keeps getting harder

I watch some of the stuff that kids watch to try to get a feel for it, The Big Bang Theory and that other one, The Inbetweeners, they're okay

I can't listen to the music kids listen to though, it's a right load of crap

My 25 year old son thinks Ed Sheeran is a national treasure, my 28 year old daughter is into Japanese Techno music

I feel like I've failed as a parent

Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

Er...sorry to do this, but the final series of The Inbetweeners was on TV in 2010.

That's not the stuff 'kids' today are watching!

Great signing, one if the keepers of the division last year

golden glove

experience in a department I think is vital

we will both get what we need out of this

a year or two of a solid keeper to get us out of this division for a low cost

them we can look to improve this position more longer term when we’re promoted

very sensible signing, one department boxed off now we move on to other areas

Only really seen him against MK in play offs and thought he looked very slow and lethargic. Whether that was as it had been a long season or what I don’t know but thought he looked past it, looked a bit Sunday league. Hope I’m wrong.

Thats just Wycombes style of play.
