room0035
Will he do as well as the Winger that we got on loan last year, had a season loan, on loan at Oxford 10 goals in 39 games comes to us we play him as a wing back he gets. 1 goal in 15 games and barely plays. Â Eliott Anderson 8 goals in 21 games playing mainly left midfield. Which will fit a team playing 4-4-2 or 4-3-3. Â but not a team playing 4-2-3-1 or 3-5-2. The Night-Owl
He'd be a very good signing, especially if we play him to his strengths and would give us different options. Especially, if we're considering playing different formations and being more attacking, direct and on the front foot more.

Bristol Rovers mainly played a 4-2-3-1 whilst Anderson was there, though.  He was mostly used on the left or in the centre of the 'three'. JOCOWl
As huge as when we got Lewis wing?

WalthamOwl
Think he would be a very good signing. Just hope we would be able to fit him in the side is his favoured position rather than shoehorn him in somewhere and not get the best out of him.

areNOTwhatTHEYseem
If he signs, I'd expect us to be using a 4-2-3-1, or pushing him further forward into that more advanced midfield role which Bannan played in the second half of last season. Â Â Â I asked a work colleague who's a Bristol Rovers fan, and he said Anderson is superb - one of the best loan signings they've ever made, and a massive reason why they got promoted. Â So that sounds promising.
