Morning all!

A bit of a quiet spell as the club has been working hard behind the scenes bringing the senior team together and making sure everything is in place for our junior sides.

Yesterday we dropped a list of our provisional fixtures ahead of the new season, for anyone interested in following us this year:

The details for our home games are as follows:

Venue: SHU Sports Park, Bawtry Rd, Sheffield S9 1UA --> more info
Time: Sundays, usually 2pm KO
Price: All games are free to attend, no tickets needed

We'll have full details on each game as they approach, usually on the Friday or Saturday. We'll also have FA, County and League Cup ties to slot in around the games listed above, which may mean some moving around. We'll do our best to keep everything up to date once a change is confirmed though.

If you want to show your support, or find out more once the season begins, then like or follow our social media channels below. This is always really important to us as we look to increase our reach and impact on all three platforms:

Which Farsley Celtic is it (weirdly there is two).

Do they play Throstles Nest (the Citadel) or elsewhere? I'll pop over to that as it's down the road...

Apologies for the late reply.

This weekend's game is against Farsley Celtic Juniors, as you say, there are two. Their home ground is Batley Sports and Tennis centre, Windmill Lane, Birstall, WF17 0QD.

Hope that helps, WAWAW

It was a great weekend for our teams, with plenty of wins across the club.

We're also delighted our seniors were able to win in the 1st Qualifying Round of the Women's FA Cup, that's a great result and we'll be looking forward to the next round.

There's a match report on our website for that, we beat Cleethorpes Town 3-2: https://swlfc.co.uk/newsfeature.php?newsid=436

We had over 75 of our players at Hillsborough for the Ipswich game as well, with the girls taking a lap of the pitch at half time. Great memories, and we're delighted they were able to take part: https://twitter.com/ShefWedLadies/status/1571138928497000448?s=20&t=-bEQVyXBO5s_0fMJxl2ZiQ

Thanks, WAWAW
