I’ll go for 3 that I think made those around them better.

Andy McCulloch

Viv Anderson

Carlton Palmer

I once bumped into Carlton palmer outside meadowhell years back,I am disappointed to say he didn’t have a joint on him,I think the song was just a myth 🤷‍♂️

And along with 1000s of others I'm privileged to have seen them week in week out, I'll always be thankful for it.

Same here pal, wish they were still in their prime and playing now it’s hard work trying to sell Wednesday to my two boys in current times.

That's a brilliant shout Nobbers

That's what we are gasping for atm ...

Not a superstar big time Charlie

But some players like above that can encourage and eek a little bit more when it's needed .....

Team players all three of em ....

Terry Curran my first hero

David Hirst what a player, and sorted a few pigs out on the pitch

Chrissy Waddle how can anyone forget the West Ham match and that Wembley goal.

Nilsson as a back up fantastic player and person.

These were my first thoughts Stu and then I saw names like McCulloch and Craig, who rank with these.

I then cast my mind back to Wilf Smith, Fanthem, McAlliog but as you say, been fortunate to see such players.

Not seen any names from last 10 years or so though 😂
