Bouncing Owl Posted May 22, 2022 Share Posted May 22, 2022 One observation; if we continue to play the same system next season with 3 centre halves, we need to bring 4 new players in. Big turnaround. Unless 1 or 2 are returning such as Harlee Dean and Lewis Gibson which are plausible. Other centre halves that have been mentioned are Jack Tucker of Gillingham and Will Boyle of Cheltenham. Not quite championship standards but too good for league 1 Cole Stockton - big unit who scored a lot of goals last season in a poor team Macaulay Bonne - started the season well at Ipswich but tailed off. Obviously unless it’s a young lad on loan who hasn’t been around that long, but any player of a decent age please just check they’ve managed to play a good number of games. Don’t want Gibson back, didn’t look great when he played and managed about 6 games in the season.
